Lighting Systems - Lighting Masts
Our Teklite range of lighting masts is for flood lighting either using portable tripod stands or mostly mounted to a vehicle. There is a wide range ranging from manual push up masts through to folding automatic systems with remote control pan and tilt heads. Powered from either the vehicle electrical system or from a separate generator the range of lighting heads and arrangements is wide.
Masts are available in non turning versions for all round scene lighting or turnable for directional flood lighting or with remote control pan and tilt Robot heads.
Air for the mast extension is provided either by hand pump, low voltage air compressor units or on larger vehicles from the vehicle air system via a pressure regulator.
PLU LED
A compact and robust portable flood lighting unit with a 72W LED lamp head, maintenance free battery giving 1.75 hours endurance with 4500 lumens light output. It can be charged using our vehicle or mains powered battery chargers.
RFTM Folding Mast System
A manually operated folding telescopic roof lighting mast system for use when access to the vehicle roof is available.
RLU ibac
The RLU ibac is a powerful autonomous lighting mast with integral battery and intelligent charging system built in.
Roof Robot
Roof Robot masts have a folding mechanism which allows these masts to be mounted to the vehicle roof so there is no intrusion into the vehicle bodywork. Once vertical, the mast extends in the normal way using the built in compressor or air pressure regulator unit..
TF 100H
Portable lighting masts which are manually extended but still with air cushioned retraction. The mast, tripod and lamp assembles are supplied in separate parts for easy transport and quickly fitted together where required. The mast is turnable and can be guyed for use in windy conditions if required. A mast kit can be easy carried in the boot of a car or on an equipment tray in an emergency vehicle.
TF 100P
Portable Flood Lighting Masts with integral hand pump for effortless mast extension. Can be tripod or vehicle mounted. Supplied in three separate parts the mast, tripod and lamp assembly can be easily transported and erected in minutes where required. The lamp assembly fits into the mast top with our quick clamp fitting, the lamps are adjustable for tilt and direction
TF200NT
The TF200 NT Series of telescopic lighting masts are non turning masts designed for all round lighting. Each section is keyed to prevent rotation. Extended by air from the vehicle air system via a pressure regulator unit or from a vehicle voltage air compressor unit, or hand pump, these masts have an internal electrical cable and are fitted with a mast extension warning switch to alert the operator that the mast is extended, often these are linked to the handbrake and an audible/visual warning alarm.
TF200T
The TF200 T Series of telescopic lighting masts are turning masts designed for directional lighting. Each section is keyed to prevent rotation. Extended by air from the vehicle air system via a pressure regulator unit or from a vehicle voltage air compressor unit, or hand pump, these masts have an internal electrical cable and are fitted with a mast extension warning switch to alert the operator that the mast is extended, often these are linked to the handbrake and an audible/visual warning alarm. The mast is easily turned by hand and has a locking device at the base.
TF300 Basic Plus Light Robot
TF300XE masts are medium sized telescopic lighting masts with remote control pan and tilt Robot heads able to take a wide variety of lamps.
TF300NT
TF 300NT are medium sized non turning telescopic lighting masts designed for all round illumination. Lamp assemblies are available for 3 or 4 lamps arranged to give all round 360 degree lighting. The masts have an internal cable and a built in mast extension warning switch. Beacons can also be fitted as an optional extra.
TF300T
TF300T are manually turnable medium sized telescopic lighting masts available in extended heights up to 5.45m.
Extended using air from the vehicle air system via a pressure regulator or from a 12v or 24v compressor unit. The mast is turned manually to direct the light and locked into position with a handwheel. Various lamps are available in a range of voltages and types. A beacon can also be fitted as an optional extra.
TF300XE Comfort
TF300XE Comfort Light Robot Series masts with pan and tilt remote control lighting. Differing from the Basic Plus Series in that the Comfort Series head parks in a centre position and rotate 180 degrees left and 180 degrees right.
TF400NT
TF400NT Non turning telescopic lighting masts are heavy duty masts available in extended heights of up to 7.00m (5 Section). Capable of larger lamp headloads, these non turning masts are designed for all round flood lighting.
TF400T
TF400T are manually turnable telescopic lighting masts available in extended heights up to 7.00m. Capable of larger lamp headloads these masts are designed for directional lighting applications. An electrically powered lamp tilting unit is also available for this series. Every mast is fitted with a mast raised extension warning switch, has an internal cable to power the lamps and is fully anodised.

TF500
Heavy duty telescopic lighting masts for larger lamp headloads and heights up to 7m
TF600
TF600 is a super heavy duty lighting mast available in extended heights up to 9.0m and with up to 7 sections.
The Flexilux Robot Head
The Flexilux Robot Head allows you to quickly change the focus of the floodlights from narrow beam to wide beam. This can be fitted to TF400 XE mast series and RRTM ES Roof Robot masts.
