Series 80 Sectional Mast

Series 80 is a development of the Type 73 Mast System and is capable of supporting headloads of up to 150kg at 8 metres. Once fully extended, the tubular mast is supported at ground level by fully adjustable field legs and a universal ball joint. A rotation lever is operated to turn the mast and lock when the desired antenna direction is found. Guying is by stainless steel wire ropes giving full support at all times for high wind speeds from operating through to survival.

Leg mounted guy controllers control 3 way guying by one person and ensure the mast is extended and retracted under safe control even in windy conditions.
