Light Masts
Clark Masts Systems can supply a wide range of telescopic lighting masts to suit all types of requirement from a small car to a military tank. Many different lighting options are available in a range of voltages and power to allow the user to select a product suited to their needs.
Light masts can be used by anyone requiring a source of high level floodlighting anywhere they can get the vehicle to and if not, we have portable lighting systems as well. With so many options available, please contact our sales office for further information.
Portable Lighting Units
Easy to move about to where it’s needed indoors or out, the PLU range is our smallest mast range. With the battery in the base and in 3 parts these units can be carried anywhere by anyone and easily stowed away. A choice of chargers is available for vehicle or mains charging.
A variety of lamp options are available including LED which gives up to 11 hours of light from a fully charged battery.
TF100 Light Mast
A lightweight, portable and compact lighting mast system. Inherently stable, it can be deployed virtually anywhere and is quickly dismantled for ease of transport. It is available in a number of mast heights, with a variety of lamp options.
Available in heights from 2.85m extended (1200mm retracted) up to 6m (2200mm retracted) and in manual push up or pneumatic extension using the hand pump. Vehicle or permanent mounting brackets are also available. Smaller masts and tripod can be easily carried in an average car boot.
TF200 Light Mast
The lightweight and most economic vehicle lighting mast system, in the range, the TF200 is available in a wide range of sizes to suit all vehicles and uses. Generally used for applications where a maximum of two directional or three static lamps for 360° lighting are required.
NT version for all round lighting or T version for manual rotation, heights from 2.90m to 4.47m extended. Beacon fitment available.
TF300 Light Mast
This 'medium-weight' vehicle lighting mast system is designed to lift up to 4 standard lamps. Available in a wide range of sizes to suit all vehicle types and applications the TF300 is also available with a remote Pan & Tilt Head facility for infinitely controllable directional lighting.
NT version for all round lighting or T version for manual rotation, heights from 2.63m to 5.45m extended. Beacon fitment available.

TF400 Light Mast
This 'heavyweight' of the vehicle lighting mast systems is very stable and designed to lift up to 6 standard or large format lamps.
Available in a wide range of sizes to suit all vehicle types and applications the TF400 is also available with a remote Pan & Tilt Head facility.
NT version for all round lighting or T version for manual rotation, heights from 3.10m to 7.00m extended. Beacon fitment available.
TF400XE version with remote control pan and tilt lamp head, in use with a large number of emergency services throughout Europe.
Roof Robot
Sometimes the only place for a mast is on the vehicle roof, folding into a compact form when not in use and offering the same features as the TF 400 range the Roof Robot is available in many options.
Available in standard and compact versions, with remote control pan & tilt head. Can be fitted to vehicles without their own air supply using the built in compressor.
Mast Mounting
Masts can be mounted in various ways, either externally or through the vehicle roof and some smaller masts eg TF100 can be on removable mountings and/or tripods.
Lamps
A wide range of lamp types are available typically 12v,24v, 110v & 240v. including Xenon, Halogen and LED.
Depending on the mast range chosen, the configuration of the lamps is also variable from 1 to 6 lamps.
Air Supply
Masts can be fitted to non air vehicles using our compressors or from vehicle air systems via an air pressure regulator and control valve.
Smaller masts can also be manually raised using our hand pumps.
